What a great couple of weeks. Still, a couple weeks of introspection as well. I titled this week’s email as Preach, Teach, and Grow… and I’ll lay out how this is working in this email.

Preach – While my beliefs are not hidden from public view, I do strive to run our business in a open view. I try to keep our messaging diverse, educational and inspiring — but there shouldn’t be a question as to whether I am a person of faith or not. 

This has led to actual invites to preach publicly and I am humbled to be able to share knowlege with others. 

Teach – Never stop learning is a saying many lean on. However, I also feel strongly that if you never stop learning… you should always have something to teach.  You see this in our Live content, posts, and cocurses avaialble through multiple sites online. 

I also work in other verticals to keep these tools sharp. We own the Powersport Academy – helping motorcycle dealers increase business… and I support the Certification process for the Marine Retialers Association… where we teach dealers more about process to grow their business. 

Grow – all this talk about verticals, and outreach is coming full circle. We are in talks to expand in many ways: 

• Adding partners to our Podcast and Outbound Marketing
• Co-hosting on additional podcasts
• A formal & funded apprenticeship program in I.T.

Just this last week, we released a project in the UK, based on developing a Kadence website in a Dark Mode pallete. We are launching a project from the Netherlands to add e-Learning and Community to their offering. 

So much is going on this week that we have had to schedule over our normal Thursday at 10 am Central time – Live Presentation.  Next week we will resume the time slot with another Tech Talk.
