I believe we can only perform as well as our bodies will allow us to. While Leadership and Communication are passion points for me, the supporting role of fitness cannot be undersold.

For me, my personal journey came to a head in 2016. I was fat, unhappy with my corporate position, and grossly out of shape.

In 2017, I committed to a more fit lifestyle and my whole direction changed. My confidence, clarity, and relationships all improved. This has made me an ambassador of fitness and I pray you’ll find this as valuable as I have.
