I am writing this post in “Real Time” as I am a little late getting content to the web for my audience today. You see, naming the email series INSPIRATION can have its downfall. Today, I had to dive deep for this inspiration. Let me share one example of self-inspiration.

Have you ever heard “Action leads to inspiration”? I took this to heart. My workstation at home was beginning to feel cluttered and old hat. I found myself working in my space rather than inspiring from my space. For a guy with an Inspiration Email Series – that’s a problem.

I embraced the idea of action. I began to clear out the work area. I relocated shop assets in the work area and moved my workstation to a more secluded space – hopefully leading to better concentration.

I’ve got a lot of things in the air right now for a business juggler; working for a Powersports Distributor, running multiple Academies online, releasing a new online platform for challenges, and consulting other businesses in leadership and communication. It’s important I keep it in the right perspective and be willing to make the tough decisions when appropriate.

Well, true to legend, action led to inspiration. For one, I have this piece to share with you hopefully inspiring you to get up – take action – force the inspiration that leads to better action. Go! Next, I have to live with the difficult choices I have made to let some of the projects go in search of better success with the remaining. It’s a hard decision – but the right one.
