Man, after a month of solid road riding for the Great Cycle Challenge, it was awesome to hook up with a couple old friends from the Suzuki office and hit the dirt. The climbs were tough, the pushups nearly killed me (22 push up challenge – thanks, Sis) but it was awesome!!

So what’s with the Push-ups… 22 push ups for 22 days in an effort to bring awareness to Veteran Suicide.
