In February as Promised

Back before the Pandemic, I was participating in a couple of “Facebook Challenges”. A couple of the smaller ones went fairly smooth as the folks running the challenge had an agenda (daily) that contained activities. The challengers would perform the activity and it would add a lot of interaction to the group. However, when I got involved in larger groups for these challenges – they got messy.

Once you have more than 10 or so people in an Online Challenge, especially considering time zones, it can get messy.

  • People doing tasks or activities on days out of sync
  • People commenting on tasks out of sequence
  • People getting confused, ruining the user-experience
  • Facebook can suspend your account – even while hosting a challenge

I took these things into consideration and thought… there’s got to be a way to organize an Online Challenge better…

Boom! The Challenge Connection!

-me

Now we have a platform that Big Tech can’t censor you from. Imagine running a successful challenge, adding value to 110+ people and all the sudden, without explanation, you get notified you are suspended from Facebook?!?! You can’t even access your own challenge. Not so with the Challenge Connection. I set this up to run independently of other Social Channels but with the freedom to share to social channels as you see fit.

Another aspect of Online Challenges that I found perplexing was “what is the goal of hosting a challenge?”. The goal should be to create a community and ensure you have a way to communicate with that community. Well, on Facebook or other social channels, you are dependent upon that ecosystem to hold your member data. I wanted a platform that enabled my users to take control of their member data. With Challenge Connection, each of your challengers is added to your challenger list, which becomes your tool for staying connected with them beyond the challenge.

What if you had assets to sell on top of providing the challenge activity? I covered that too. You can sell digital assets like workbooks, e-books, podcasts, etc. through the monetization tools in your Challenge Connection. You can even monetize the challenge itself by having challengers pay to take your online challenge.

The next thing I wanted to help Challenge Organizers with was formatting the challenge. I get it. Chances are, if you are running a challenge, you don’t want to be a webmaster, you want to be a “web-user”. I have taken great steps to ease this process for you. I have a DIY option that lets you build your own challenge site, or I have Done For You options that use your graphics and words to build out your Challenge. Not only that, I have also started building courses in the back of the Challenge Connection site to show you how it is done.

This is not another social media site — this is your site.

When you opt in to make a Challenge Connection site, that is exactly what you have done, you have made your own site. I am hosting it for you. Depending on what level of Challenge you select, you can even bring your own URL to the party! If you wanted to build a whole business in here you could.

  • Your own site
  • You control the user-access
  • You run your Online Challenges
  • You can offer free or paid challenges
  • You can sell digital assets
  • You can sell merchandise
  • You can use our contact tools to create your own funnels
  • You control your data – mail lists, user information
  • You can add pages or content

In short, this is THE tool to level-up your Online Challenges. If you chose to, this could be the answer to your own online presence. Who is this good for?

There is more to come on this exciting new project. The site is ready for you, the timing could not be better, and Challenges are the rage online right now. Put your challenge in a safe place, where you control the outcome.

Even better? I am waiving the “Done For You” fee for a limited time.
