Terms and Conditions for “Manana No Mas!” WordPress Website as a Service (WWAAS)
1. Introduction
Welcome to Manana No Mas!. By subscribing to our “Manana No Mas!” WordPress Website as a Service (WWAAS), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Service Overview
**Subscription Service**: Our WWAAS package provides you with a comprehensive WordPress website solution, inclusive of hosting, plugins, maintenance, and a monthly consulting session.
**Pricing**: The service is offered starting at $200.00 per month(basic), billed monthly.
3. Features Included
**WordPress Website**: Professionally set up and maintained.
**Plugins**: Use is limited to the following: Astra Theme, Fluent Form, FluentCRM, LifterLMS, SureCart, and Independent Analytics. Clients are not permitted to install external plugins.
**Consulting**: One-hour monthly consulting session included.
**Office Hours**: Access to monthly office hours for web-related questions free of charge.
4. Subscription Conditions
**Duration and Access**: After 12 months of consecutive, on-time payments, clients may request Administrator Access to their site.
**Relocation**: Following the first year’s completion and billing reconciliation, clients may choose to relocate their site to a server of their choice at their discretion.
**Extension**: For clients with a positive subscription experience, we offer extensions at a reduced Hosting and Maintenance rate, comensurate with their bandwidth and maintenance needs.
5. Client Responsibilities
**Transaction Fees**: Clients are responsible for any third-party eCommerce transaction fees.
**Content**: Clients are responsible to provide Web-ready content unless they are utilizing Manana No Mas content services.
6. Limitations
**Plugin Installation**: Only the specified plugins are permitted for use. External plugins installation by the client is not allowed.
7. Termination and Cancellation
**Subscription Cancellation**: Clients can cancel the subscription anytime, with a 14-day notice; however, access and services will be terminated at the end of the subscription pre-paid period.
8. Modification of Terms
**Changes to Terms**: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Subscribers will be notified of changes in advance.
9. Governing Law
– These terms are governed by the laws of Reno County, Kansas, where our company is located.
